html - $.plot is not a function Jquery -

i tried add chart webpage.
after fixing few errors still can't work.
error $.plot not function..

i hope can me out?

using http://cdn.jsdelivr.net/jquery.flot/0.8.3/jquery.flot.min.js fixed problem.
