windows - Links displaying as full urls -

i through quick wordpress site friend. they're in different state , don't have access friend's device. when goes website sees what's in image below; links displaying full urls. looked @ in ie, chrome, safari, , firefox, , none of them me. setting in browser or in windows show full url? he's not tech savvy, wouldn't have firebug or developer tools installed. happens him in both ie , chrome, i'm wondering if accessibility setting on device. doubt it's theme, i'm willing swap out if is.
