oracle11g - SOA Composite not pulling data from query, dealing with latency -

we have oracle soa composite deployed on weblogic 11g. there trigger in mysql database kicks off composite. when runs new entry account name not being populated added additional query account name. have included screenshot of check have query account name.

it appears corresponding table not getting updated fast table trigger on. tried putting wait in composite , didn't work. tried wait while loop, hung composite. have suggestions on how handle situation this?
