i have mobile configuration file , vpntype l2tp. how can connect vpn programatically ? can use network/extension framework this? there 2 protocol classes - nevpnprotocolipsec , nevpnprotocolikev2.

no, can't use sdk 8 networkextension.framework connect l2tp. can used ipsec ikev1 , ikev2 only.
